Dundonald Links did what a proper seaside course is supposed to do on the opening day of the ISPS Handa Women’s Scottish Open. It picked a wind, blew it hard across the dunes for most of Thursday, and let the field sort itself into those who could keep the ball beneath it and those who could not.
